When you request a call, we collect the name you give us, your phone number, the course option you are interested in, and your English level. These fields exist so we can call you back and not sell you the wrong format.

The form also includes a hidden field used only to catch automated spam. If that field is filled in, the request is discarded and nothing is stored.

The site itself may log standard technical data that any host sees: IP address, browser, pages opened, and the time of the visit. We do not use this to build a marketing profile of you.

We use the data you submit for one purpose: to contact you about the course, run the free consultation, and — if you enrol — to organise the training.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or pass it to brokers. The only people who see a request are the manager who calls you and, if you join a group, the instructor who needs your name and contact.

If you do not enrol, we keep the request long enough to close the conversation — normally no more than 12 months — and then delete it.

If you enrol, we keep the data needed to run the course and to meet accounting and legal duties in Moldova, for as long as those duties require.

You can ask us what data we hold on you, have it corrected, have it deleted where the law allows, or tell us to stop contacting you. Write or message us using the contacts above. We will answer within a reasonable time, and in any case as required by applicable law.

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that date means you have seen the new version.
